This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to payments made through the Southeast Louisiana Utility Coordinating Council (SELA UCC) wesite, selaucc.org (the "Site"). This policy applies primarily to event registrations and membership fees.

1. Event Registration Refunds

• Cancellation by Registrant:​

  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than [Number] business days before the event, or failure to attend the event ("no-shows"), will generally not be eligible for a refund.

• Cancellation by SELA UCC:

2. Membership Fee Refunds

• New Memberships:

  • Refunds for new annual SELA UCC memberships are generally not provided once the membership has been activated and benefits (e.g., access to member resources, discounted event rates) have been made available.

  • Requests for refunds for new memberships may be considered on a case-by-case basis within [Number] days of activation, if the member has not utilized any membership benefits.

• Membership Renewals:

  • Membership renewal fees are generally non-refundable once processed.
